Hi ladies

I bought some shoes off ebay. They are benjamine Adam's and have cost me £30. I know, bargin right!!! well we will have to see. I wasn't going to buy them but h2b talked me into it. In fact be bought them for me lol.

They are ex display and it says they are slighly worn on the bottom (which is not the end of the world) but other than that they are in great condition. They have been posted and should arrive any day now so when they do I will let you know. I have taken a HUGE risk here as they may be awful but h2b is being optimistic and said they might be a fab bargin.

Will post pics when they arrive..... fingers crossed they are nice.

If they are too worn u could always get them re heeled if necessary as there under you dress it won't really matter as no one will see them. If they have any dirt marks a sponge will clean em up am sure you have bagged yourself a bargain for only thirty pounds!! I ain't buying proper bridal shoes as I don't particularly like them but have seen a lovely pair of ivory high heels in dune I want instead :-)

Stressed I thought you had Pink by Paradox shoes? You must have about 3 pairs of bridal shoes LOL.

Oct Bride no need to wory about new shoe slide as the soles are kid leather, so you won't slip - you will however need to break them in as the non-display shoe will be practically new whereas the ex-display one will have been tried on a few times - top bargain though! Congrats!

You could get them cleaned, and under your skirt no-one would know - I'm also planning on wearing stocking with mine so as long as you're not intending to go barefoot then all should be fine - bargain too remember!

Other than that, they are really comfortable and just the right hight. Im going to a cobbler tomorrow if he cant do anything with them then im stuck with them. At least the outside is in good condition...

My gorgeous new wedding shoes have arrived. (The ones below)
My shoes

I have tried them on and they look amazing they are so sparkly and they are just the right hight. I can not explain how much I love them. Only one problem! I have wide feet and these are a little tight around my toes.

My question is, do you think if I wear them around the house they might loosen up or should I send them back?

What material are the made of? Satin shoes generally won't loosen, whereas leather and some other man made materials will stretch

Wear them a few times with thick socks on, maybe a pair of H2B's socks to try and stretch them out. If you wear them around the house, on carpet the bottom of them won't scuff so if they are still uncomfortable then send them back.

They are beautiful shoes, I haven't even thought about shoes.
Depends how tight are they? if its just a little wear them about on some carpet as much as possible and they should loosen. If alot too tight I would probably send them back, will be nothing worse than being stuck with a pair of shoes a) you cant wear and ending up with 2 pairs or b)wearing shoes all day long that are hurting your feet.

I've got wide feet too, which is why I'm thinking of wearing shoes that I already have and know are comfy. I'm not a shoe girl so I'm not that fussed about spending lots on new shoes that I won't get much wear out of........
