As you know we are always looking at ways of improving our website, we are constantly looking at improvements for our Members and Suppliers. Can you give me your opinion on our new logo concept...
i like the pink and black we have now and that takes a lot for me to say i don't like the purple bearing in mind i loves purple!

I voted it's good. I like the new colour, it's a bit more girly! I'd suggest taking off that shine though or at least toning it down a bit. That's the only thing holding me back from loving it :)

I prefer the old one - more fitting for women and men who are getting married, instead of teenagers. The new one is a little too childish in my opinion. I think the current one is modern, chic and grown-up.

Gosh... So many different opinions! This tells me that we can't make everyone happy! We would introduce purple site wide so that the proposed logo would sit better. I liked the Scoot logo and didn't think it looked too girly.
Keep the votes coming in, at the moment the majority love it/like it.
I have already re designed the new home page which is much cleaner and less busy. Are there any parts of the sites design that really grates you?
The homepage is the only one that really looks too fussy for me but then I don't really use the whole site so I don't pay attention (sorry opps) but I think it's great the way it is but also love the new logo so I'd be happy whatever way.
I also think people need to really rethink there answers, they may not like the logo much but would they really be bothered if it got changed? It wouldn't be making any difference to how the site is used

It's Ok, but if I'm honest, I prefer the current one. The new one is quite busy and much more girly, rather than 'womanly'. I know this is called UKBride, but we have had a couple of grooms on here in the past and i think the new logo might put them off a bit as it is quite feminine.

If I had seen the new logo on FB instead of the current one, I probably wouldn't have clicked on it, but instead looked for a more serious, classy-looking wedding website. This one looks like the Powerpuff Girls or Barbie.

It's okay. Looks like a typical web icon style logo to me which is what everyone seems to be doing now.
It's not really too dissimilar to the existing one, just a different bubbly type face which isnt approriate for the target market also the colours are a little too childish for my liking. Generally I really don't think this logo will work for a brides website where your key market age is between 20-40. This logo to me aims at under 20's.
By the way I'm a graphic designer by profession lol

2 me, it looks like something from the 70's! I think the lettering needs to be more formal like the current 1, if that makes sense and I think u'll have ur new design! I do like the colours, but maybe tone it down a little bit for the men on the forum??? It might b worth getting an opinion from the men...

I voted that I love it. It's much better than the one already there, though I agree that it's just a bit too shiny! I was going to say it doesn't really suit the site but as you said that the colour will be introduced throughout then that doesn't matter.

I think by just having a bit of a clean up and may be a bit of a switch around and the site will look great without having to give it a complete make over. Whats that saying ? "don't fix something that isn't broke" :-P
