This may seem like a strange Q and whilst I love my JC they are ivory and even though are new, are able to pick up dirt quickly. I was wondering if there were places I could either go and have them professionally cleaned or dyed a different colour after the wedding. I have never owned a pair of shoes like this other than sergio R but they were black so never had the trouble. Any ideas. I love em so much but dont just want to wear them once.

Hi Suzky check out elegant steps in Oxton, they offer a shoe dyeing service and also cleaning too, have got my shoes from them and the heel is fabric covered so they've said after the wedding they can clean the heels for me! Great girls too, really friendly :-)

Hey I have just asked Croc on FB re your question and this is her answer which I hope helps a little.

"Depends what material I'm guessing satin... if she wants to dye them.... If satin no idea how to clean them but I'd take em to a jc retailer and ask them... Dying don't see why not as long as u go with a reputable company that have insurance in case they go wrong but I've seen jc dyed before ... I've never done it before thou. "

thanks spooney. That makes me feel more comfortable. MIL2B said she was thinking about them and said I will prob have to dye them which is funny as I hadnt told her that. She said she is going to look into reputable companies too as she thinks black will be the way to go x

Keep an eye on the website as the shop told me on Saturday that they're moving soon to a larger shop near Cammell Laird but they didn't say when!
