Hi ladies, I just wanted to find some good ideas for our table plan and numbers etc as want to get it made and set up ready for closer to the time. Any good places where to find ideas/designs that can be made?

Lol - only as we are moving house soon and would rather get bits and bobs like this done and packed away so I can forget about them!

They are lovely and pretty good price, I quite like the idea that you can make them up and just print the names out nearer the date. Or eBay, I know lots of people who have got theirs from there but it's pre-printed so could be risky if someone dropped out, or you had declines to invites x

i am making ours but only because for one with 13 tables it was going to cost be quite abit so thought would be adventurous and try myself, could all go horribly wrong though. Hoping to be able to make all to match

we are both keen golfers so had a golf themed table plan and it was amazing, everyone commented on how different it was see it at ............LINK HAS BEEN REMOVED its wasn't expensive either. give her a call if you want a themed wedding table plan, she has some lovely ideas plus if you get stationery too, she'll mak it all match :o)

We just searched online and saw what came up, we're just finishing ours at the moment and using a mix of online ideas we liked. You can buy large boards from craft stores, and we've put a piece of thick red card on the front, and have got a cutting tool to cut boxes out and put the details of each table behind. Used little bows with pearls to make each box pretty and run a strip of white ribbon across the top and sticking red crystals on that. Looks fab so far we're really pleased with it :-)

Yeah had a look at a few ideas but probably just go to local craft shop and pick up some bits n bobs and have a play around with ideas until we are happy with it :)

You can always go to a framing place if you want an easy option and ask them to cut out apertures for each table then you can just print out the names and table numbers and mount them like you would a picture. Usually that is only about £10 for the mount and cutting. You can then add the decorations etc yourself.

Saw a picture of someone who decorates venues and had a mirror table plan - each table printed on different cards and blu taked on Looked lovely and something you could do yourself
