    this may sound silly but do we do table plans for day and night or just day guests for meal? i was just gonna do plan for meal then allow everyone to sit where they want at night as there will be around 180-200 guests i'm not sure HELP lol x

    thats exactly what i was thinking Terri, they kinda all know one another and love a party so no doubt they won't be sitting any length of time lol x

    at mine we only had about 30 chairs max out in the evening. a few of the older people sat but that was it!! but then i was at a wedding reception last friday and everyone was sat down! xx

    Jst the day. Our venue have an area where we go with our guests after the meal so thy can set up for the evening, move tables etc. When we go back in people can sit where thy like and knowing some of our guests it will be a fight to see who sits closest to the bar and toilets lol xx

    i'm getting married and having meal then reception in same place but just in different rooms, so really didn't wanna have to do table plans for night also so that is something else i can cross off the list haha.. i wasn't sure as i've been to weddings with table plans and ones without.. thanks girls x
