You put one male in per bowl to stop them fighting - and if the bowl is big enough, 2-3 females with him to stop any harassing going on - however, as an actual fishkeeper myself, getting a load of fish in as centrepieces in a bowl with no filtration, air supply, no shelter and open to bright lights, loud noises etc during the meal and party is very irresponsible and stressful on the fish, and you should also have a back up plan for what to do with all these fish after your wedding - with a tank large enough to keep them as a community - if you still want fish bowls on your tables, fill them with flowers or sweets, not fish!
