    Hi ladies!
We were going to have the usual organza bags with sweeties in for our favours along with a cancer research pin for everyone but I changed my mind and now we're having mini pots of homemade jam instead, and the cancer research pins.
I'm really pleased with the idea as its really personal and it means I can make them up myself, but its cost me quite a lot more than it would have done before! oops!
My wonderful grandma is making the jam for us, but I've bought 70 jam jars, 2 metres of pink and turquoise polka dot fabric, elasticated silver ribbon and mini card luggage tags aswell!
I had already bought the organza bags for the sweets to go in, but now I'm wondering if it will look silly if I put the jam jars in the bags? Do you think it would look better to just put them on the table and abandon the bags?
Help! I'm rubbish at making decisions :o(

    Thanks xxxxx

I think the bags would be great - will help tie in with your colour scheme, and it people may be more likely to take them if they're in bags! I think the jam is a lovely idea! x

Maybe so...although colour scheme isn't an issue because I've bought the material to go on top to match the colour scheme. The problem is that I bought the really tiny bags, if I had the bigger ones it wouldn't be a problem but I'm not sure if it looks silly...

i think i would still used the organza bags that way you can put the little pot of jam the bag and pin the badge to the bag. this way it will keep everything together for when you are handing them out or when you are placing them on the table :)

i like the idea of fastening the pins to the bags, thank you! I was wondering how I'd put them both there without it looking cluttered. I'm not so fussed about the cost of the bags, they were only £3 for 50! I'll give them away afterwards if we don't use them...
I'll put some pics up when I've got everything I need - waiting for the material etc to arrive and grandma is making the jam in winter so as soon as they're finished I'll put pics up, with bags and without! Thanks girls xx

i think the bags will help them to tie in,you could put the wee tags on the outside of the bags
