Oh wow how exciting... are you all ready!!!!

Take deep breaths, when you feel stressed close your eyes take a deep breath (in through your nose out through your mouth) and relax. Look after yourself and treat yourself to a nice bath and a book...

Kalms, I'm not even kidding or Rescue Remedy. They're completely herbal, you can get them from Boots or Superdrug or even Wilkos do them I think. I had to start taking Kalms last week, because I was heading for a nervous breakdown, started taking them last Wednesday and already feel much calmer and less irritable. Xxx

Awwh, it's completely natural Hun. The lead up to the wedding as well as exciting can be stressful and it's bound to take it's toll. I hope you feel much calmer soon. You're going to fine though, no matter what, as you say, you're marrying your best friend. All the best Sweetness. :) *Hugs*
