Well I started out looking at my wedding music oddly enough. We want our first dance song to be Corinne Bailey Rae's 'Like a star' as it is kinda our song. So i found it online and watched the video and really liked the origami birds she has. I thought I'd like to use this in my wedding and make origami doves for the table in pinks and purples which are my accent colours to go with the turquoise venue. Anyway I started looking into Origami and have found some gorgeous origami jewellery. H2B and I would love to go to Japan for our honeymoon sometime after the wedding once we can afford it. Anyway could you take a look and tell me if they would be suitable for favours?? Thanks xx

I have a pair of origami swan earrings, and whenever I wear them the compliments come raining down on them! So deffo a good favour! You can get some awesome origami sets and stuff on the amazonian site, I have all kinds from there (bit of an origami freak I am lol)

Thanks ladies. Kimi I was thinking I could make keyrings for the guys or I've seen these lucky origami stars which I could make for them to pop into their wallets and write a little card with a bitof background to explain them.
I'm also considering making all the guests the white origami dove and getting white helium balloons so that we do our own version of releasing doves! Thought it would make a great photo and then I could buy our Mum'sthese origami porcelain doves for them to remember our day! x
