We are in the process of enveloping our Save The Date cards, cause my family live about 200 miles away they will all need accomodation for the wedding. The reception has 18 rooms which until 6 months before the wedding are reserved for us. So here is the thing do we pop the little card in for the wedding reception so people can book their room now or wait till we send the invitaions about (was thinking about 3 months before) and hope for the best?

I'd put the cards in now, then people can book hotel now if they want to, and it's down to them if they want to risk it. xxx

i would put them in now as if they need accommodation its best not to leave it till last minute
