Just been reading Charlotte's thread about what to expect when giving notice - it's just occurred to me that we live in different counties!! I am in Erewash in Derbyshire and he's in Broxtowe in Nottinghamshire... does anyone know what we have to do?

Yep that's correct!!! Wherever you pay your council tax is where you give notice!

You will have to give notice in each County, you can only do them in the same, if you live in that county, I think it's for something like 7 days, then your classed as living in that area. xx
