so i ordered my dress from a shop in wakeifeld called ************ the lady was really nice sorted us out wiv colour chart and smaples for me to take with me! a week later my mum rings me sayin her mate at work had probs wiv this place they sent the wrong dress, then few days later sister hardresser said her mates had problems wiv them sending wrong size ( they r made to fit then they alter them so not sure how if u know wat i mean) so i email her my concerns and got this back, i think its made me feel better lol wat u lot think

Theres an old saying too, when people are happy with your services they dont spread the word, but boy get one person who doesn't just like something and everybody in the world knows!. I believe it will be coincidence to be honest, probs that one of them lost weight or maybe both ! A lot of bridal shops dont like doing bridesmaid dresses because of the weight loss issues and the lots of fittings you have to have , and whereas a bridal gown is one thing four bridesmaid dresses is another !. I am aware of your specifications on colours, and to be honest your job is easy so please do not worry f you want to call me, just pick up th phone to have a chat. I think she sounds like she happy to be upfront with you an very much agree that people will quickly tell you if they have had a bad service but not many people spread a good service. She definatlye seems to want to reassure you of a good service rather than being rude and pissed off
