Just wondering if anyone's based their flower choices on the language of flowers? Or is considering doing so? Tbh I don't think I would change my main flower choice to suit a meaning, but I like the idea of adding meaningful "extras" into my bouquet :) Just wanted to see if anyone has looked into this kind of thing?

my h2b only made one request for the wedding and that was to have white roses as we were both born in East Yorkshire. Afterwards I'm splitting my bouquet up and placing the white roses on war graves of his great grandad who fought in the Kings Own Yorkshire Light Infantry and other members who fought in Yorkshire Batallions. I thought that was quite a moving request from him :) There's other flowers in there as well but can't remember them off hand. Only seem to remember the roses for the significance my h2b has placed on them x

I really wanted Stargazer lillies, but every1 keeps telling me not to have them cuz they hav them at funerals & 2b honest they r soooooo expensive :(
