My OH and I are thinking of hiring tail's suit's for him my dad and the best man and asking our 3 Usher's to just wear a black suit and we will buy them a new shirt and a tie that will match our colour scheme. I know they all have black suit's but they are so cheap to buy too I don't think they'd mind but what do you think about it? Do you think it's cheeky and do you think it would look odd in photo's?

I only have 3 Usher's, so it's not like I'm telling everyone they have to buy suit's. I just can't afford to hire 7 of them, I have to buy 2 page boy's suit's too. It all add's up! Now to decide what colour tie's to get them. Pink, navy or silver!

I don't think it's cheeky to ask them to buy their suit's but I suggest asking them to buy something they can wear again. I'm quite lucky that all of the guy's have to wear suit's every day for work so it'll get used again! I'd give this job to your h2b, ask him to speak to them all and see what they think, offer suggestions and it'll be fine! x

Groomsmen have bought all their gear and I have said, they can keep them OR if they want me to sell them on ebay I will do it for them after the wedding, give them the money and take the sellers fees on the chin as a thanks x
