we're having a round top table and there's 7 of us on there. we're leaving space at the front so people can see us though. so it'll be my stepdad/my mum/ son/me/h2b/mil2b and fil2b. bm's and best man are all sitting with their families

dont worry....it was before me and h2b even got together! he hasnt said anything but i know he is upset they wont be there so i havnt even mentioned it either so i dont upset him.

got no choice, I wanted a sweyheart table and Stu said no. Got my parents and their other halves and then Stu's parents. Then Stu's lad who is 9 and the best man. Touble is they have to sit there now as cant fit them in anywhere else as already done my table plan! lol xx

Ah it's so sad isn't it Terri? - Si's mum passed away 4 years ago (today actually) and I know he's gutted about the wedding but then he doesn't think she would have come anyway coz she was so poorly...His dad's very odd and he's now worried he won't be comfortable at our wedding as he just can't settle - even at Si's auntie's wedding in December he wouldn't sit at the top table and just sat in someone else's seat lol

we had two top tables, one with the parents and one with us & best man & bridesmaids & partners. We sat next to each other, and had the best man next to groom and MOH next to me, then we put their parters and then another bridesmaid & her partner in boy-girl fashion. The parents table went boy-girl mostly but we had two women next to each other as there wasn't a partner for one of the parents.

Yeah I was thinking the same with pics of Si's mum and our nan's who also aren't here anymore but not sure his dad would be able to handle that! Think I'll just give Si a pic of his mum to put in his pocket if he wants to.

Well kind of ... I helped him pick the suit and shoes ... the only thing he did on his own was the DJ, and even then he asked the venue for a list they've had before and just chose the first on the list!

it works out to be girl boy girl boy with us, I could have put the FOB next to the MOG but my son wanted to sit next to the MOG rather than sit next to his grandma, he thought he may have more fun as my mum is very deaf :) x
I have know my soulmate for 27 years and on the 6th August
I married him and became Mrs Garnham.
