Hi there all, i am truly stuck and am now getting headaches trying to think what presents to get my best women, parents etc i dont want to give them something that they look at and think well i will never use that !! my mum always kills flowers so i cant go down that way either.
What are you giving to your bridal parties as a thank you. I know it should be a little thing and its the thought that counts but my head is spinning !!!
My biggest dream is to marry my Best Friend and I can't wait

mine have got their jewellery, a little "Bridesmaid" jewellery box, Bridesmaid slippers and bathrobes, and personalised champagne flutes.
its the Dads I am a bit stuck with. And his Mum.

i'm doing Alcohol..i think my bridesmaides will appriciate it more! Large bottles of vodka all round! best man is having a personalised hip flask Mums always get flowers or a plant/tree for the garden Dads ????? im stuck there too! lol Does he have a hobby?

I wanted to give everyone a keepsake of the day so ive got:
Engraved presesnts to everyone with their role, date,thankyou and our names (all differs with how much i could fit on)
Mother: Vase and i will order big bunch of flowers to put in it on the day Fathers: Cufflinks and an engraved message on the boxes too Ushers: shot glass and silver plectrum Best men: wine glass and silver plectrum
And ive also got:
Flower girl: pearl bracelet with her name on and a bigger band so she can wear it as she gets older
Bridesmaids: im buying their jewellery and earings they will wear on day
I wanted to get everyone something thats personal to them so i got silver plectrums cuz the usher loves to play guitar, best man wine glass cuz he loves his wine etc
Its difficult to think of what to get hun. Go onto ebay and type in bridesmaids gifts and it comes up with lots different things xxx
We thought long and hard about this and finally decided. Nothing. None of them are expecting anything, I bought the BMs jewellery for the day so they can have that! Not sure if we are having a best man until the day before (!) if he arrives. So not point in spending money there. And would rather buy something for the 2 mums when we are on honeymoon. No-one is expecting anything and to be honest, we have spent too much already and both mums have had a birthday very recently, my mums on the 23rd April and H2Bs mum on 26th April so they will have been spoilt already! xxx

im giving the bms a nicely framed pic of us doing something fun together. Mums I am buying flowers but will probably also go down the photie route. The best men I havent a clue or for my grandad who is giving me away

i have had to go down the cheapo route but iu think they will like them iv got my bridesnaids a jewellery set earrings and necklace of a silver heart and my flower girls (well junior bms) have got a pearl necklace, earrings and bracelet. bhs sale all for about £6pp lol x im stuck on what to get for the men though! am getting mums a bouquet of flowers cos they love them! xx

Ive brought all my BMs a personlised jewlerrybox with a necklace to wear on the day in and all the UShers and Best man have got personilised hip-flsks (and the best man has a tankard too) which will be ready filled with Jack Daniels on the day for them And ive got some really nice flowers coming for mums x

BMs are getting necklace and earring set plus personalised bathrobes. Groomsmen are getting cufflinks and personalised socks. Mum's are getting a double fold photo frame with four small pics of us with our mums at various ages growing up on one side then the big 10x8" one left blank for a pic of us with our mums on the wedding day.

I haven't bought any thank you gifts yet, but saw one for my MIL2b last night on ebizzle, a sock bouquet! She loves socks and flowers so I think it will make her giggle and whenever she wants a new pair of socks, she can pluck a pair out of this bouquet, lol. It also has some wooden scented flowers in there too, so am happy with that. Also have a tea cup and saucer each for FIL2b and MIL2b with mother and father on the side. As for everyone else, haven't got a scooby right now! :) x
