Really happy, me and H2B have today registered our marriage with the registrar, we are now legally allowed to marry!!!!!

Aww thats great, was really funny when we went to give notice because when we were interviewed separately my h2b forgot our address!! Could've seemed a bit dodgy, lol. x

Ha Ha, yes my H2B started to stutter when asked my date my birth!!!
i questioned h2b, he knows everything about me (i would hope so given we known each other 11 years lol) but when i asked him what my job was he said " you wipe peoples bums"........ hmmmmm hes not exactly wrong, wonder what the registrar would make of that answer lol.

We gave notice today as well..... was really difficult cos I've had a few name changes they were a bit awkward about!

ha ha sounds familiar. i was asked by registrar do you know mr B by any other names; i really wanted to reply with something witty and tell her what i really call him, but she didnt seem very humourous. when h2b was asked how long we'd lived at current address i honestly thought this is where it gets stuffed up as he wont have a bloody clue!
we did ours back in feb and afterwards to me it felt so so surreal - even now when i read the vows i still get butterflies and think 'Wow; im getting married'. never thought id see the day when someone was brave enought to take me on/put up with me!. im quite nervous even though ive been with h2b for over 9 years.
all ive got to give to you are these 5 words tonight

Did you know though that they put up your wedding first for people to object to before you can definately marry? This is usually a couple of weeks, then it is actually legal to go ahead, don't want to ruin your excitement of the day though because it is a nice feeling and it's only in case you lied about who u wore, like from another country or still married etc.

yes i knew that but where we registered the marriage theres wasnt a chance of anyone objecting as no-one in the district knew us!

We were lucky as our registrar was really funny, when she asked H2B if we were related in any way he replied, I bloody hope not!!! :D

lol kimmy, ours asked my h2b what his father did as a job and he replied "not a lot, he's too old" lol. They just can't help themselves lol.

your not kidding he's funny, you should hear him taking the mickey out of my mum at times, good job she has a good sense of humour and gives as good back. He does some very funny impressions too x
