I was just wondering what everyone is going to have for their something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue.
I have a blue garter and was thinking of having my dress as the 'new' but am a little stuck on the others
    Any ideas?

old - sixpence brought off ebay from 1572 :) and old scottish broach on bouquet
borrowed - hanky and said scottish broach
    New - dress
    Blue, roses on underwear.

I know some ppl struggle with old but the gold, platinum, diamonds, etc on your e. ring are actually billions of years old hehe so can you cheat?

cant wait to be Mrs Evans less than 3 weeks woooo
    start weight 10st 1.5 lbs
    weight now 8st 4.5 lbs
total loss to date: 24.5 lbs now need to maintain!

I haven't thought of any of them. I do have my sixpence for my shoe and the underskirt that I tried on had a teeny blue bow on it but the rest remains a mystery. lol. xxx

I'm rewatching Amy Pond's wedding on Dr Who with the TARDIS as something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue.

More seriously, I'm having my grandma's/my engagement ring as something old, my dress as something new, my mum's/great aunt's garnets as something borrowed and a blue silk-satin garter as something blue.

I really like the idea of having something old/borrowed as grandma/mums jewellery, I might ask my mama. Can do both at the same time, I hope it doesnt have to be from a happily married woman haha. Could ask my nana as she was happily married til my grandad died :(
    Thanks girls xxx
