There's a few ways you could deal with this, couple of ideas
Sit just parents at the, luckily parents always sit next to other half parents, so they'll be at opposite ends
Just have a top table with you and you and H2B, and let the three sets of parents host their own tables
Hope that helps a bit, doesn't feel like its good advice today lol xx

I would totally hate it if I was the "partner" and would hope that they would not leave me on a table without them :-(

It is a tough one but to be honest it's the same as having a best man or bridesmaid and their partner sitting at another table, it's just one of those things that can't be helped! Once you've decided which way you want to go about it talk to them about it i'll sure they'll all be fine with it and if they're not tuff lol, it's your day so its your choice :) x

I have the same situation but my dad will surely be missing so here is what I have decided:
MOH/Best Man/MOB/FOG/B2B/H2B/MOG/BM/BM/BM. I have a kind of OCD to stick to pattern and tradition and decided to
have a table sitting 10 or 12 to discuss with venue, if 12 I will include my 2 ushers, and decided that partners of FOG and MOG will sit at different tables, as they are not parents of groom and I don't want them at top table
