I am doing a meal replacement diet similar to SF but there's no set times to eat. I've got loads to lose and want to lose it sooner rather than later and since I started on 7th January I've lost 53lbs! It's tough for the first week but afterwards it's easy as you're not hungy. It is a bit pricey but for me it's worth it... the expense is an incentive to stay on it!
Let me know if you want the details for it hun xx

i have just lost 1/2 st on weight watchers no count. i dont know if they still do it as they have a new plan, but you have a list of foods you can eat and you can eat as muh of it as you like during meal times with a certain amount of points to eat (all food has a points value) during the week. I had a cooked breakfast the other day i didnt even feel like i was on a diet lol the other good thing sis that if i get bored with it, i can swap to their normal points system. It is wrth looking into diet programmes and seeing which would suit you best. Both WW and SW have websites that outline the basics of what their dieting systems are about so you can get a better idea from that. Remeber what works for one may not work for another so have a look and see which suits you x

can i point you in the direction of the sticky thread in the top section of the forum .......loads of really helpful advice on there
Jillh82 - 53lbs is nearly 4 stone. Isn't that a bit fast to lose that in 2 months? Sounds dangerous to me
I have lost 4 stone in 9 months by cutting out vast majority of rubbish (allowed a treat night once a month) Doing more excercise - Love Zumba and by just generally copying the mantra of eat less and do more. I think the problem of extreme diets is that your body gets used to eating nothing so as soon as you start eating normally you put all the weight back on. I don't eat carbs in the evening which has also helped
I think finding something you can live with also helps. If it makes you grumpy all the time your h2b may struggle with it.
I am now 2 months away and would like to lose another stone in that time to make the 5 I set myself out for. I took a risk by buying a dress 3 sizes to small and for me it has paid off as it now fits (will need to be taken in at the time) It has put some pressure on me for the last 9 months though.
