ive been out today and bought myself a slimming belt, thought id see if these were good for a quick way to burn unwanted fat and tone my mummy belly(lol). ive had it on for 10 mins and already i can feel the belt doing what it is designed to do. hopefully this will be my quick fix lol

I bought a slendertone few weeks ago, and its brilliant......just sometimes forget to use it, but it definately does work and my stomach muscles are firmer now x

I bought a cheapy Avon one a few years back and it was amazing, I could realy feel my muscles twitching. I may go for a Slendertone this time though. xxx
my daughter invested in wraps with amazing results...lost inches within an hour of using it..might try it myself

i bought a cheap 1 from argos for 9.99 it just wraps around my stomach and makes u lose excess water might look into getting one of the ones that shocks ur muscles lol

I hate the feel of the electric shocks and my muscles twitching so no slimming belt for me. Exercise it'll have to be then.x

mr lala has one , i bought it form him last year and tbh he didnt use it much but it took it with him when he went away and he says that he has to buy new jeans wehn he comes home as his are now way to big

mine doesnt need gel, its just a wrap around, ive wore it for 2 days now and going by my wiifit its the first ever day ive not gained weight lol

thanks kimi i'm going to buy the one from argos 2moro, i did some research and its got good reviews? its just a wrap ladies nothing fancy lol but it uses the heat in your body during a WORKOUT to help you shed your excess water, but they say it only works when exercising i'm going to get and wear it to zumba ect xx

i wear mine whilst on my wiifit and when i go out walking,as soon as i put it on i can feel the heat in my abdomen, im going away in 3 and half weeks so really wanna sort my belly out before i go lol. hopefully it works :D plus got myself some tablets that speeds up my metablism so that should help aslwell lol

depends what you call expensive..think they are around £30 a wrap..but some people lose 4 or 5 inches after just one wrap over about 45mins..it's amazing. Are you on FB ?? They have a page on there too. xx Will post the link now. xxx

mine wraps around my waist, its reusable easy to clean, doesnt work as fast as the itworks one, it helps u lose excess water. it says in the catalogue retains moist warmth so you shed excess water max waist size 46inches. its only 9.99 so as long as it works in the long run im not too fussed, but would prefer it to be within the next 3 weeks that i see results lol

yes its the belt, been wearing it for a week now and already can see the difference, my mummy lumps n bumps (lol) have gone down a bit, takes a while for results to show but well worth it in the end and a bargain at only a tenner lol

ok I picked the belt up but I chose to get the mens one rather than the womens as a lot of the ladies ones are 100cm and my waist is a whopping 107cm, If you put it on across your waist then it sits really high (just on your bra band so seeing as I suffer with back flab I have left it there. Some people complain of a strong smell of rubber but I haven't noticed it. I'm not really doing anything at the moment other than the kids tea and typing on the laptop but I am feeling warmer there than anywhere else.
On the box it claims.....supports lower back, sheds excess water, trims appearance instantly, flattens and tones abs and burns more calories and it's also hand washable. I guess you could also wear it lower down so it would cover hips which is another bug bear of mine so I think I will rotate it, one day high and one day low and make sure I work my fat @rse!!! will keep you updated! lol

water retention is excess water the body stores that isnt needed, sometimes my ankles and knees are swollen and its just water retention of excess fluid, I take it the whole body must do the same?? sounds good though xx
