I've found the dresses I want to get for my 3 bms but the lady in the shop told me i shouldnt be looking yet i know there are going to be new dresses and new seasons but i love these particular dresses! and obv i know sizes may change but that should be easily altered with the dresses at a later date right?
so how far in advance did you take/are you taking your girlies shopping? xxx

I will probably do mine a few months before the date but if you love the dresses and wait, they may not be available. Its up to you, but if you like them then get them.

I brought my first bridesmaid dress last May but only because she was pregnant and I didn't want to leave it too late, turns out I didn't really need to as they still have the same dresses in store now, I brought another 3 recently! x

My dresses cost me 130 but they went into the sale after I brought 3 and ended up paying 55 pound for the 4th one!
I looked into having mine made and worked out near enough the same price so just depends on what your wanting xx

well why not get them now, and if you do end up finding ones you prefer or having to change them because of style or size then you can sell them on the bay of e.
So yeah you may lose out slightly - but if you look after them keep tags on etc - then selling them shouldnt be too hard.

i got mine last month, they all live far away from me and i had them sent to me and then i sent them to eachother, this then gave them plenty of time to get them altered if need be, however they all seem to be fine :D

The only date I could get them all together was last September, which would have been nine months before. My trouble was, it was either then, or the week before as one of them lives abroad.
