Hi how do you create a poll? Do you have to be a power user? Cant find the answer but in all honesty have only quickly looked.

Yes you have to be a power user
There's a list in the forum rules of ways to become a power user and the tools that are available at the moment for power users but unfortunately you can make polls or add pics until you're there
