It has come to my attention that there are a lot more Women on here than men..... I can personally say that I am looking forward to getting married more than i have ever looked forward to anything... I will be counting down each day.....

My h2b is on here and like you cant wait till the day we get married (or so he tells me lol) He doesnt come on here much tho because as he says he lives with a load of mad women, why does he need to be in a forum of 250,000 lol Think hes counting down the day J and IT Man complete ukgroom :-)

mine im afraid to say you will not see either, he wants the big wedding. He wants the relaxing honeymoon. He wants everything perfect. He just refuses to do anything for the wedding except work to get the £2000 that we need together. It's nice however to know their are some thats more involved about his wedding.

if he was more excited that me, I would be worried!!! as for the decision making, when it comes to table crystals, chair covers, hair and make up trials he glazes over............ and is happy to leave all of that to me.
He did have input into the band, photographer, venue and the overall colour scheme though. So any big decisions he is happy to be asked his opinion. But he winces everytime he thinks how much this is costing us!!!

It is my h2b that is the bridezilla Dan. He had me awake until 3am every night for 3 weeks after we got engaged looking at venues online and drives me mad as he wants to talk weddings ALL the time. He is so excited and would love to plan the whole thing himself...he even looks at dresses online for me! ha ha. He did his first wedding fair yesterday by himself as I was too ill to go..how many men would do that? So, you may be rare but there are others out there!!!!

My h2b is in a fashion, we have made all the big decisions together, but he pretty much said he was going to leave the finer details to me, he did stay up till 2 in the morning helping me glue diamanté to the save the date cards though! lol

Getting my H2B t make a decision about the wedding is like pulling teeth lol.... Sponge cake or chocolate cake????? he says 'I dont know'.... 'any' ...... 'you choose' ....... blah blah
He says he is excited but he wants me to have the day I have dreamt of and is letting me do the planning. Good think is I ask can I have ...... and 9 times out of 10 he says yes.....
We are just having a few days at the hotel for our honey moon. I will be looking forward to the rest.

I can't wait to marry Dee she is my soul mate and my best friend. Dee says I don't get excited but I find it difficult to show it for something that feels so far off. I feel as disappointed than she does that twice we have had to postpone and it is frustrating. Our little man scuppered our first wedding in 2008 but he is so worth it and he is the best thing to happen to us. I know I will get more enthusiastic closer to the time when it feels more real. I am worried that I will be the one that cries during the service, as it will be a culmination of finally getting to that point after all our setbacks.

Awwww I think it is great to know that you blokes are just as excited and that you love your w2b's so much. The only thing that does concern me is that you guys will read some old posts from your w2b's and find out some of the nice things they have in store for you that are surprises.

Martyn doesnt really talk about the wedding unless we are doing wedding stuff. Went to see the venue and he got all tearie. He has picked the suit he wants and the shoes he wants ( or the ones he will be having) He has help pickt he bm dress and the bm hair. ( althought i dont think he knows why he had to pick hair)

I know all of Dee's secrets and I can say that quite confidently. Then again she knows all mine! We share email, phones, laptops and the like. The only secret I am happy for her to keep is her dress at least until the day, whether it is before or during the service. I found it funny on a thread on here she's frustrated with my mother but then who wouldn't be!

Well i am having my hair half up curly and i want my bms hair ALL up. So to keep him from thinking i am doing the wedding by myself we got out the laptop plugged it into the tv and had a look on goggle what hair up ideas we both liked.

My rob has been more excited now that it is all coming together and he can tell people although we def have our moments and i enjoy the time i get to do it on my own or just to think by myself lol!
I think it is great though that men do enjoy weddings as much as women do. Not all and most men i know are happy not to be as involved in the planning (well mostly the first stages), but when it creeps closer i know a lot of now husbands who were really pleased to be involved and over the moon at marrying their wives! xxx
