    His family and mine have never met it will be the first time i dont want to put each family on one side but i dont want people to have a bad time ahhhh what do i do any ideas?

    You STILL have 6 months b4 you get married...

    i suggest you make a time so they can all get together.... it could be awkward for both sets of familys to meet on the day!!

    i agree try and get them to meet before the wedding. my family hasnt met my h2b's family yet, so on saturday we are going out for an engagement meal. well when i say all ov us its onli my mam coming to the meal from my side,lol x

    Even though we did know my future sister-in-laws family before she married my brother, they arranged a meal for us all a few weeks before the wedding and it was a really good evening. We even suggested we should do it every year before their anniversary.

    Why don't you invite your parents and his round for dinner or out for a few drinks so they can meet and get to know each other. That way at the wedding they will mingle and introduce other family members to everyone. Weddings are a chance to each side of the family to meet to get to know eachother. My partner and I have known eachother since school and had been together nearly 7 yrs now with 2 beautiful little girls and my parents and his meet for the first time last yr and he's still yet to meet a few of my family lol xx

    my family havnt met his either. but his family only consists of 3 sisters, their husbands and their kids. to be honest i have only met them all togther once xx

    my family havnt met either, my family are at my side on top table on his family on his side.. then all the tables are made up of people they all know.. we're still trying to make time for everyone to meet though. we could just never afford an engagement party xx

    mix then whilst keeping them with ppl they know e.g. on a table of eight have two couples that know each other from one side and two from the other.

    cant wait to be Mrs Evans less than 3 weeks woooo
    start weight 10st 1.5 lbs
    weight now 8st 4.5 lbs
    total loss to date: 24.5 lbs now need to maintain!
