Wedding Forum - I've got a great h2b........

We decided this year, as we're paying for the wedding, we weren't going to buy each other anything for Valentines Day....then h2b tells me yesterday that he's actually bought me something (but won't tell me if it's a 'serious' or 'laugh out loud' type of present lol). We've already bought each other cards (the last fiance one I have to buy).

He's always surprising me and treating me - so I decided to rack my brain to find something special for him (he's the type who, if he wants something he just goes out and buys it without waiting for anyone to buy for him grrr lol).

Well I think I've found the perfect thing - he needed a battery for his watch (years old but quite expensive) but everywhere he's been he hasn't managed to get one (and he did look disappointed the other week). So I've just ordered a new one for him (Sekonda Titanium). He knows his 'present' isn't arriving til Tuesday - but can't wait to see his face because he thinks I'm just buying something small for him :-)

I only got bought a card last night in the last half hour of the shops been open lol my h2b isn't organised enough to get surprises. Just wait until we get married lass at work has to buy her own cards just so she's got one haha

Well the watch has been despached and is on it's way - should be here tomorrow. But h2b did in fact get me a gorgeous present!!! All he would say when I asked for a clue is that 'it's at work'. He's been ill for the last few weeks with plurisy so I didn't believe he'd bought anything weeks ago and hid it at work.

I work in a high school - and just after lunch I got a call to ask me to go to reception. When I got there I found a big box waiting for me - and in it was a basket and arrangement of half a dozen red roses (so gorgeous!!!) - and a note saying 'I bet you a cuddle, I bet you a kiss, I bet you'll never guess who sent you this?'

Then about an hour later I got a text saying 'Told you your present was at work lol'.

Fab what a lovely thing.. we celebrated yesterday as we were both at home (he is on nights tonight) but i got a delivery of flowers plus a treasure hunt at home after he went to work and I ended up with a pandora bracelet.. What a love - good job he has listened to my hints, but they were for a wedding pressie so may hvae to drop other hints.. Best wishes to all the Guys who made their ladies day to day xx

That's lovely Mym I'm sure he will love it! :D, We only got each other a card as neither of us really wanted anything Ooh and we treated ourselves to a Chinese Meal Was lovely :D Candles and everything :D! We went Food shopping yesterday at about half 4 and Honestly the amount of men that were around the valentines display was unreal! Wonder how many of them forgot until then!? Lol x
