buy a power plate of vibraxis off of ebay for £40 and use it all the time, thats what I am doing :0) and its much much much cheaper xxxx

yep, I have had 2 now, sold the 1st one as joined the gym to use theirs and it meant I had to stand there in front of others and it was horrible, so stopped gym, started zumba and bought another body sculpture from bay of e. Not noticed much on the leccy bill and I am on it about 3 hrs roughly a week, lol! I sit on it, stand on it, lay on it, all whilst watching TV! hee hee Ive lost 24 inches mate. xx

I have one too but got mine from ideal world for £90 and it come with resistance bands. Like Karlie I do mine watching TV - no if I could just get an attachment that would hold a glass of wine I'd be on it all the time. Definately great for losing weight/inches x

I have nowhere to put the control or my phone, pmsl. I kneel on the floor and rest arms across it and lean on it, they really do work. Its one of those items that arent used to hold washing, hangers etc, it gets used, lol! The resistance bands are fab too, like those slendertone kinda things. I go on it for 10 mins before Zumba to loosen up and then back on it when home again too. xxx

ive just bought the BM1500, cant wait for it to come and try it out. Im hoping it will help with my bad shoulder too as i keep waking up with it ... h2b says it cant be the bed cos he's ok, so must be how i lie lol, but reviews have said how good this is at eleaviating (sp?) muscle pain :)

yep its fab. If you kneel in front of it and then rest the palms of your hands on it or the sides of arms that also helps. Make sure that it isnt a break or sprain as that wont help it. I love mine, so cant wait to hear what you think xx

I had it before I started Zumba hun. I didnt start Zumba till Sept. I have had 2 machines. Used the 1st one constantly then joined the gym and sold it and used the one at the gym, got bored with the gym, and the fact that their power plate was on show to EVERYONE and I felt embarrassed, so bought another one and used it at home. Also use it before and after Zumba to relax the muscles. If you have ones with the bands they are great, they work like the slendertones too! It breaks down the fatty tissues and cellulite. You can be sceptical all you like hun, we all have our own opinions. Dont get me wrong I had a lot to loose too! and still do. xxxx

And wondered how much the vibroplate has actually contributed to your weight loss? its just cause i have bought quite a few home exercise things, and always end up selling them cause I dont use them. Even had a massive treadmill once!

ah no, dont worry chick, didnt take it that way at all. We all have to be sceptical as life would be boring hey! This is the only thing I have bought that hasnt ended up as a clothes horse. Before all the exercise I was on it daily and lost a fair few inches at the beginning og last year, then thougth get to the gym and go on their better one! lol! If you lived near me and wanted to try it out you could. xxxx

All i can say is - its a very strange experience! My bits were wobbling everywhere! hahaha!
It felt weird but not in a bad way! I got an excercise book with mine to tell you all the different positions you can do on the machine... So once Ive dome my housework, Im going to give them all a go! :) xxx
Oh i also got my mum to take all my measurements last night so we can see if this has an effect! :) xx
