I have been really struggling with idea's for centre pieces.... My whole wedding is on a budget so im not going ott...
I thought about having just some sort of flowers.... my h2b suggested a single rose in a varse.... I found some fantastic roses the other day so bought them... Then i started struggling on finding he right kind of varse, im not spending a bomb on 16 varses to have to try and get rid of them after... soooo my idea is...
a single rose in a wine bottle???... I think it looks good but does it sound tacky? - My whole wedding is different i dont want the standard lol!! x

It is totally up to you, as it should be what you like not what costs the most or what your guests will like. I am using bird cages that I got off bay of e and either having some flowers inside or paper pom-poms, they look great! Also shop around in charity shops or car boot sales, if you don't mind doing that, lol, you will be amazed at some of the things you can get in there vase wise. Good luck! x

I dont think it sounds tacky at all and if you think it looks good then go for it! You could always add a ribbon or bow to tie it in with your colours more, or fill the bottle with coloured sand ..it is what you and your h2b like that counts!

you could always have a different vase on each table, get a range of diff vases from charity shops, you can have a unique centre piece for each table but tie them together with the flowers and bows/ribbons

I like Jennebels idea.. the wine bottles could work - you could spray them easily so they match your colour scheme! xx
