My younger sister stayed at my house at the weekend and asked if she could use our laptop and of course i said yes. I find out today she had been noseying through my wedding stuff and has told everyone what song im having for my first dance and entrance isle walk. Im a bit gutted cause i was keeping them as a suprise. Am i being daft????? Rant over!! lol xx

I would say that is out of line and I would go nuts if someone went through my personal files on my laptop. Tell her to keep her nosy beak out of things she shouldn't be in or you won't be letting her use it again and that she can keep her mouth shut from now on. Tut!

Thats terrible! Even if she came across it by chance (prob not!) she definatly shouldn't have gone telling everyone else, i'd be fuming.
I would be raging!! Bad enough that she thinks she has a right to nosey through your personal files, but to then go and tell everyone about what she has been reading...well that is just enfuriating! Do you have a good relationship with her? I can't think of any reason why she would think it was ok to do this! xxx

I agree - having a nosey = not really okay, but hey - sisters 'n all that.... but telling other people about what she found out = huge no no.
Course if it were me I'd now pick something else for my songs - but I know how hard it is to figure that out, and especially if you'd had your heart totally set on what you'd already picked :-(

See the trouble is i dont think she thought there was anything wrong with what she's done. She's 17 but really innocent so she probs thought it was ok. I told her i was dissapointed that she'd told people but she didnt seem bothered. She is one of my bridesmaids and my only sister so she shouldnt really be feeling left out. She is really involved in the day as she will be looking after my other bridesmaid ( my 2 year old daughter) so its not like she isnt involved. I dont really want to have to change songs cause they really mean alot to me. I honestly believe it was pure innocence and not realising what she'd done :( xx

Lol, trust me as innocent as she might be, she will have known that she shouldn't be going through your things since I assume you'd never dream of doing the same and you were (again, I assume) brought up the same way! I would definitely be more pi$$ed about her looking through my things in the first place though - at the end of the day, kids are gonna talk about the things they know, but it wasn't for her to know!
