Can you have 2 pb's? And maybe get their parents to help pay for the outfit?

Women chose the bridesmaids men chose the groomsmen! Isnt this how it goes.

Mob and mil dont have a say do they?

I mean they can make suggestions as everyone can, but they cant expect you to just do what they tell you when it comes to this - whether they are paying or not.

just say to her its one each and this is the way its worked out.

Just to echo rhiannonollie & krazykitty, it's yours and H2B's choice. Everybody will make 'helpful' suggestions and get narky when you don't accept them.
You've got 28 months and I promise you that unless you keep these decisions between yourselves then you WILL get massive interference and family wars and that time will feel like a chuffing eternity! I know you're excited and you probably want to share everything but seriously, the less people know the less stress you get.
If you want help then ask for it, but if you've made a decision keep schtum. If your mum says anything else just smile sweetly and tell her you'll decide nearer the time
    xxx

    It's right what they say
"The course of true love never runs smoothly"
But if it had been easy then we wouldn't love each other as
much as we do right now - 1 week to go :D

You could let your nephew wear the same as a paigeboy, but just don't give him an official role in the ceremony? At least then he'll feel good being all dressed up and it will look good for photos too...

    And never will be!

I agree with London Bride - it might make your mum feel less stressy about him not playing a part in the ceremony if both little boys get to wear the same outfit xxx

We have had problems with parents interfering but at the end of the day you need to make it clear early on that their suggestions will be considered but you have the final say. Otherwise you give them an inch and they will take a yard and get involved in other things too and you will never hear the end of it. It is YOUR day so the day will run as YOU want it too and YOU choose who the main brial party will be and the groomsmen between you, not the parents. Parents will obviously want to get involved but maybe give them a different special job they can concentrate on so they feel as though they are still contributing.

cant wait to be Mrs Evans less than 3 weeks woooo
