I'm bidding on a 1925 sixpence on bay of e and I'm so excited!! Why 1925? It's the year my Grandad was born and if he was still with us he'd be walking me down the aisle, I feel he'd still be doing that if my sixpence was from his year (what a soft old chicken I am lol) Wish me luck! xxx
It's right what they say
"The course of true love never runs smoothly"
But if it had been easy then we wouldn't love each other as
much as we do right now - 1 week to go :D

Aww bless, good luck in getting it Kerrylou. My sixpence was dated 1957 which was the year my parents got married so it had some significance to the day too. xx
26th December 2007 - the day I met my special man
8th August 2008 - the day he was mad enough to propose to me
24th July 2010 - the day I felt beautiful inside and out and
became Mrs Dickie for life. xx
