i would like some nice music during the time when we will be eating. i know there will be a lot of chatter etc but i think backround music would be nice. Nothing chart-y lol more classical but i have no idea where to start! can anyone suggest anything? x

You can buy CD's that are designed for weddings, a-m-a-z-o-n has one hun and it's basically a CD of classical music. I think this is what I'm going to have as I can't afford the string quartet to play during the breakfast. xxx

Were having a harpist now but before we booked her I was going to do some cds from you tube as you can get a you tube down loader (google it) to turn the vids into mp3 tracks. I got loads of chart music played on the piano so it sounds classical but the younger of the guests will know what they are. I have to admit that Eminem sounds amazing on the piano lol.

Someone on here mentioned a gothic wedding CD so I went and bought that...we're going to have that playing as background music. If I don't wear it out in the meantime lol. And if my MOH screams "OMG Trent" I'll kill her lol

We have just booked a man who sings Frank Sinatra, michael buble, dean martin ect.. He is going to be at the reception venue when everyone arrives and sing during the meal too. xx

I think it was too lol. Thank you LOADS for that, i'm loving the CD and H2B took a listen this morning and he's choosing songs off there for the registry office too :D

Not many people except us and a couple of others will know the actual songs. Me and the MOH are going to be giggling our backsides off when any one of the older guests are all "oooh I like this song" and its NIN or MCR lol

We have a harpist for the wedding ceremony but can't afford to have her play later in the day so just gonna go with the venues classical music selection on cd during the wedding breakfast lol xxx

our harpist for the wedding ceremony was part of our venue package. We can pay additional costs for the wedding breakfast but we haven't budgeted for that xxx

Our harpist is £50 an hour which I thought was very god. I've got a few tracks that are rock music but played on the violin/piano. Is there anything you had in mind boo?

thats the exact thing I had in mind Jo, rock music done softly! I have one Cd already but me and H2B don't think it will be long enough for the wedding breakfast (plus he wants tracks off there for the ceremony) and we really don't want to put it on repeat lol

Rats all the stuff I had downloaded got lost when my HDD died but I got most of mine from you tube and then used the you tube downloader to convert them to mp3. I searched piano and loads came up. Eninem sounds amazing!
