So my maid of honour is H2Bs neice, and my bridesmaids are my side of family and couldnt choose between them for maid of honour so politely asked Michaels neice. Shes nice and everything but isnt helping in the slightest, she didnt choose the dress with me (cancelled last minute) keeps saying she wants a tiara, then a long dress than a short dress, then a long one again, and i'm arranging my hen do all by myself, so you can imagine i would be pretty miffed when i ask her about an idea and to ask what she thinks and she says its up to you its your hen party.. ?
Thanks, i would appreciate your help? i do keep asking her but she doesnt seem bothered at all..

    :(
What shall i do? i cant tell her straight up cos i can imagine her twisting it around and telling the family (which i dont really want as they're all really sensitive and shes the baby of them all!)

if she's not fussed to help, then don't let her, ask your bridesmaids to plan something for or with you? Tell her what dress and accs she's having as it's YOUR wedding as much as it's YOUR hen. if she kicks up a fuss, tell the family you've taken ownership due to lack of input - what can they say, you've given her chances. Make sure you mention it to H2B in advance so he has an inkling b4. x

I had a very similar problem.....Solution, I told my Moh that I was gonna need somebody that I could rely on, and since she was so busy all the time and not able to meet up to plan etc, that i was going to ask somebody else.

I said it in a really nice way and she was ok with it.....i think xx

Mines is a bit like that too, shes my little sister and is only turning 18 next week. She really pi$$ed me off last week when she didn't even know where we are getting married :O my God, even my postman knows!!! I'm really worried about my hen night, I know all my bridesmaids will have it in hand but my sister is dead set on doing it her way :-\ even though shes never been on a night out before bless her lol xx
