Me and h2b are planning on getting married in the little church in the village he grew up in which happens to be in Spain. I've tried searching for this on the internet, but what they don't cover is marrying in Spain if only one of the couple is a Spanish resident! Just not sure what we'd have to do to make everything legal both in UK and Spain, ie paperwork and things like that - does anyone else have an idea?

I'll ask my friend for you hun as she got married in a church in spain last year! Her hubby was from spain but she's english, I don 't remember it being a major problem. I'll keep you posted xx
