what about having somewhere people can post that are in the same area that way if they want to meet up or arrange anything or have things in the same area to share deals ect it mkes it easier just a thought

What exactly do you want?
If its just finding friends by area, you do it using the find friends feature.
If however you mean you want discussion categories, you need to formulate your plan and email IT Man .
