My gay best friend (he's v random!) has just trained to become a zumba instructor as a hobby; went to his 1st class tonight and it was such fun!! Does anybody else enjoy going? think I'm going to get the zumba bug, will help shift that stone - olay!

zumba - it's a type of aerobics but to latin american music with lots of dancing - was such fun and some hilarious routines!

I LOVE Zumba, its soooooo much fun, and i'm knackered by the end of it, good for getting some sexy dance moves too, you wiggle your hips so much they ache for days. I'd recommend it to anyone, its liberating, you start off all shy and embarrassed then you're inhibitions go out the window muchos muchos love for Zumba xx

yeah it deffo depends on the instructor! this one was in her 50s i know someone else that was learning it n she had a totally different take on it but cant get a class on yet so il be stickin to th gym for now when i get th motivation to start it agen! oops

I've been going to Zumba for about 6months now, not shed loads of weight, but have been having lots of fun, infact Zumba class is tonight and am looking forward to it....

For those who cant get to a class or dont want to do it with others you can get it on DVD and there are about 6 different dance/exercise routines fro you depending on the time you have or if there are certain areas you want to focus on. Costs about £50 so good value really.

I hope to try this once my knee is all better. I already (well before the op) do Body Jam, which I love, and normal aerobic classes bore me, so Zumba being dance related I hope would be another good fun thing I can do. Only problem is my current gym doesn't have a Zumba class that is included in my membership price :-(

Its great such good fun, I recently bought the game for the xbox and its so addictive, (who would of though that I could become addicted to exercise lol). It works every inch of your body im hoping it will help towards my weight loss xx

Zumba is amazing. Its great fun and allows you to get fit without realising it. You can adjust the workout to suit your ability. As a wee motivator you can lose 350 plus calories in one session without noticing. fabulous xxx

Just watched a 20 minute advert for a zumba DVD, I'm 99% sold (more than likely come back with a DVD when I go down the city later haha) but....one of the american women on there said she was now a size 4...SHE SO WAS NOT...a 6 or an 8 maybe but no way was she a 4
