A while back Shellay mentioned going to Zumba... Anyway its taken months to find someone near me that does it. I have been twice this week and I have lost 7lbs already... No change of food and drink intake at all.
I have never sweat so much in all my life. I had a fab time and was giggling about everything and anything. So twice a week I have a date with Zumba... I have the DVD for home now to give it some welly too :0) xxxx

Its brilliant, we have such a laugh... Believe me.. Once you have been once you would go back on your own. I am going tonight and Wednesday night.... I might even go Saturday. I guess if it was cheaper I would go all the time.. The girls that came with me were rolling about with laughter. With or withour wine Sue, lol! The dvd is good too, they do a 20 minute work out. I dont have a problem copying and sending them to peeps but peeps would need to cover costs of the discs and postage.. Forgot to measure myself so will do that tonight :0) Go for it girlies..

Its a latin fitness dance class..
You do a 5 minute warm up... then about 6 dance sessions of about 7-10 mins and then a warm down... Breaks in between for a gulp of water and to wipe your brow :0) its mad Nic... have a search for it on google Zumba fitness UK. Don't know if I am allowed to post the link on here..... such a laugh, I am bright red and sweating like a biatch after mind you. xxxxx

Iv heard of it im currently going to a bums and tums class twice a week on my own which i am enjoying, just looked at Zumba classes near me and im going to try it out in replacement for one of my bums and tums classes on thurs will go on my own lol i dont care trouble is the class is earlier then the one i go to so will have to see if i can make it lol

I want to do it too! but there isn't any near me :( I go to the gym twice a week but I'm just not losing any weight (my new pill is perfect in every way apart from making me put on weight) so the gym is the only way I am just about keeping it off. £50!!! for the DVD's :o .... think I best get saving!!! x
