Dont worry Sam, it will all come to you, it just takes time, and once you know the moves, work harder and harder.... Try it Sarah, its fab, you do a warm up then about 6/7 dances of about 6 to 8 mins long. its sweaty and thirsty work but love it. xxxx

I can't believe how far down the board this thread had become took me ages to find it lol! Just thought I would advise that Curry, 1/2 bottle of Wine & Zumba do not mix lmao!! We did the Party one last night and afterwards my tummy felt "a bit shook up" but I didn't think anything of it. 3am this morning I woke feeling sick and ended up spending some unwanted time making friends with the toilet! So my advice to anyone make sure you do it on an empty stomach ;) x

I went to a class last night, doing the dvd tonight after I have been out and I have a BIG Masterclass tomorrow night. The lady that founded it and teaches all the Trainers in the US is coming to Hertfordshire to give us an hour and a half of her time. I am going to be screwed... and after what you put Sue I will make sure I eat at lunch time and not an hour before, lol! xxxx

My son has just started zumba at school xD he has his first session tonight for 30 minutes (he is only 9), so i will be getting the dvds so him and his best friend and myself can trash our front room trying to get fit (gotta say am looking forward to it, will be great when the dvd's turn up)

It is great fun, whether on own or not. I love it, have a right laugh and can still loose weight whilst having fun, when does that ever happen. They have started doing classes for kiddies up this way now too xx

£2 per 30 minute session and the lady has done it in a block of 8 (which is blooming good!). I'm not sure if they are doing it as a taster course if that makes sense, but he was really looking forward to it this morning. Not that he needs to lose weight hes skinnier than a starved worm bless him lol xox

He loved the class ( have managed to find dvds too so he can traumatise me with it!!) came out sweating like a proverbial pig and had the appetite of an elephant (makes note to self to make sure fridge is full on thursdays to be ransacked) Once he got indoors he was showing us all the moves he had learned and is completely looking forward to next weeks already (lets hope my enthusiasm is as good once the dvds turn up lol) xox

OOOO we was chatting to our bums and tums teacher last night sayin how all the zumba classes are packed out, she said in the next 2 weeks she will be gathering the music together and incorparating some of it into our bums and tums class if every one wanted her too i said this would be good because it mixes it up a lil and there wont be as many people as a normal zumba class :-)

h2b has preordered the xbox kinnect motion thingy and zumba and dance network games for us cant wait till we get them, gonna go to a few classes inbetween till they come xx
