i'd never heard of Zumba til now but it sounds really good! Unfortunately there aren't any classes near me :( If you can get it on dvd i will do that instead cos it sounds amazing :D

I really want to give this a go and there is a class 5 mins from me or I might buy the DVD. Problem is I was never very good at exercise classes as it takes me a while to get what I am supposed to be doing, I look like I'm all over the shop! Does it matter if I'm not the vest dancer or lack co-ordination? X

I tell you what I do have... The Zumba Cardio Party, its harder and faster but also fab. So keep that in mind if you start getting bored Sue.
I have my 2nd class tonight, cant wait. Even thinking of going tomorrow night AND Saturday too, lol! Its addictive :0)

our classes are the same hun, £5 a class. Cant book in advance, just turn up early, lol!
With classes take a flannel or towel with you and a big bottle of water as will sweat buckets :0) xxx

Hey Sarah, glad you went and enjoyed. I would suggest stretching out a bit before you go there, I know they do a warm up but its more of a dance and doesn't stretch out the muscles :0/

I went last night and TBH I walked out near the end. They had a TV company called Hellenic come in to do a video shoot, too many people in the class, too many people tripping up and bashing into peeps. It was all 'look at me, look at me' we got shoved to the back as we were quite new and didnt know the main dance routines. Just got too much. I am no party pooper but when supposed to be going left and right and we are glued to the spot and getting bashed into I was getting irrate, lol!

Back on Saturday for me though... And I weighed in today and proper weigh in day is tomorrow, but loved the results!

Yeah, I've got a while to go before I'm even gtoing to start looking at dresses - I need to lose maybe 2.5 stone before I look for a dress you know. I was hoping someone would drop me by some magic beans, but no luck :) x

ha ha ha, and you can be mine Sue, we have to do it. It shows that anyone can do it. I cant jump and hop like the girls do at the class but one day I will be able too, and I push each class too...
2 ladies in their 70's were there on Monday night, busting their moves, its fab, and social and a right laugh! pmsl!

Well i have to put my zumba dates on hold for a little bit!

Was in a car crash yesterday, someone hit the drivers side of my dads car (i was in the front passenger seat) and we were like jolted to the left!

So annoyed cos we were on our way to a funeral so we cudnt call the police or anything AND i was due to go in the gym last night, zumba 2nite and thurs - so i had a full week of keep fit to look foward too and now i cant even move my neck!!!!!! :(

I went to my first class last Wed, but i didnt enjoy it :( but im going again thursday to a different venue as i think it was the venue that spoilt it for me, it was a bar so there where kids every where and to many people couldnt move properly and i was stuck on carpet so couldnt get my swing on properly lol all in all in the right venue i would prob love it once i get the hang of the steps lol they can be a lil challenging ;-)

yeah was a shame i was all hyped up for it too lol i think they was saying they would be splitting the class but gonna try a proper venue which has a hall, i was talking to lady at my bums and tums class and she was saying at another venue which is close to me she went and there was over 200 people there lol but it is a very big hall
