i used to go to boxercise with my mate but it starts at 6 and h2b doesnt get home til 1/4 past :( will have to look into the classes and try convince my mum to come lol xx

28th will soon come round quickly wont it :0) I'm off to the class tonight, we got told in the Monday class that the big head honcho of Zumba is coming to our class on 6th October and we have to learn all the dance routines by then :0/ jeez, work up a sweat, lol! There os a Saturday class so every other Saturday I am going to go to that too I think... Pennies permitting.. Have fun all xxxxxx

ohhhhh i really wanna go there is one tonight by me at half 7 but not sure if h2b gonna be home to have the kids, usually go bums and tums mon and thurs but really like the look of this, how much are the classes Karlie?

I pay £5 a class hun. I much prefer it to the gym too :0) something to laugh about and be silly at the same time as dancing.. At the end of the day, you dont realise how hard your work out is dancing around and how many calories you burn off, normally between 500 and 1000 a class! xx

Thats brilliant just phoned H2b to get an estimate time that he will be home he said around 7 which i will then be able to go so gonna get home from work sort clothes out and be ready to go in case he home, Im going on my own too lol so ill be giggling to myself lol

Gem you will love it and be addicted to it, enjoy, have an open mind.. I didnt push myself the 1st time I went and that was good for me. One piece of advise, take a massive bottle of water and a towel/flannel... You wont regret it :0) Let me know how you get on. xxxxx

I wanted to do my exercise DVD today but my excuse is that my new windows were put in yesterday and H2B hasnt put the net curtains back up yet. Cant risk anyone seeing me through the window! And I know I could pull the curtains but I dont want to deprive my house plants of sunlight lol ;)

Well an update to last night when i was supposed to go to my first class, i got home from work got stuff together and ready feeling really motivated, 7 oclock came and still no H2b (zumba class starting at half past) phoned him and he was stuck on a job :( so didnt manage to go, so did my wii workout instead and of to bums and tums tonight. So fingers crossed ill go next week lol

Its good isnt it Sue. If you want one of the others let me know hun. I went to class last night. There were 2 little old ladies there, 70 yrs old, were amazing, they really worked hard and did what they could and were a laugh. Bless them. I sweat like anything last night. was brilliant, cant wait to do the dvd at home tonight then class tomorrow night. :0) bring it on! Sue dont forget to do your measurements also. xx
