Hi I am getting married on the 12th August. I have everything sorted except one thing. I can not figure what to do with my 3 year olds hair. Her hair is roughly shoulder length (just) and is very fine. She is wearing a Crystal headband but I really need some what to do with hair. HELP!!!!!!!!

The problem with fine hair at that age, whatever you do it will most likely come out. Is it long enough to put into a nice French plait?

I agree with GF it will fall out with it being fine, you could try a few simple hair styles like a french plait, half up half down or a little bun, or if you want it styled you could do over night curls using rags of material as they will be comfortable enough to sleep in and there are plenty of demonstrations on y0utub3 or over night plaits to make it wavy. There are options out there I think it is a case of trial and error.

My FG had her hair in children's rollers over night then my auntie pinned it up in the morning. Looked really cute and the curls held all day despite her having very thin and silky hair.

Thanks i have tried rags but her hairsorts of turns into an unruly agro. I have have done rollers over night but the results seem to vary and usually one roller seems to fall out. It is not quite long to posit as it all fall out. I have recently bought a a curling wand but am unsure whether or not to use it on her.

If the curling wand has a variable temperature setting I would try the lowest one just to be safe it will still work just might take a little longer

    Love the hair Flossie :-)

KayleaC, if you use a curling wand just make sure its on a low temperature. Dont hold on for long and spritz immidiately with hairspray to get the hold you want.

My daughters hair was waist length but I recently cut it into a bob. Im hoping it will reach her should by the time the wedding comes around. I think shes going to just have the same as me. half up half down.

Our FG who was 3 at the time just wore a pretty Alice band with her hair left down. That was the safest option for a little girl that age and with that fine hair.

my flower girl will only be two at the time so i don't imagine she will have much hair to work with, little girls will look sweet with just the headband i think x

tbh, being 3 and having fine hair i would just leave it down and have the headband on it.
