Thats the exact words i got from h2b after having my post box delievered. Thats pretty much all ive bought besides the big stuff like photographer etc. he thinks it cute apparently. I want to buy loads of things now just to wind him up and well because i want to lol.

Lol I get that but in September. I've also got my postbox, invites and most of my other little bits as well. The h2b just thinks I'm mad but lets me get on with it because he knows it makes me happy.

oh dear, my h2b is worse than me, he wants everything bought and ready and prepared. We not getting married till march 2012 but that hasnt stopped him........... we already have my shoes (i saw them and loved them, he told me to buy them) we have our vases for table decs our artificial flowers and swatches of fabric for the bridemaids dresses. His mum keeps taking me out to all the wedding fairs in our area as well because his dad keeps finding out where and when they are. lol

Well i have 22 months and i have prices for everything i want i have not ordered any thing yet as i want to to get the money for hte big things then whiloe h2b is thinking about the big i will order the small bits and hid them and then take them out over the next few months lol

H2b started off like that, he's starting to realise that I need this time to plan and prepare, he's not getting as stressed with talking about it now. I'm the only one thats done any saving yet and I showed him my bank balance the other day, he said woo hoo - then I told him it was for the cellar doing up, the new kitchen and the new bathroom as well as the wedding, Ahh a long way to go then :) yes dear but look we can afford the cellar!

i get married nov next yr and i have my dress, flower girls dress, my bag, my veil my tiara the younger 2 hair pieces flowers girls socks, insert for invites, fish bowls stones confetti bubbles mints favour bags heart chocs exploding balloon photographer booked venue (obviously) ordered my flowers (theyre being made) my garter got the stuff to do my seating plan also the gifts for the bridal party (bm,usher,4 BM's & my h2b :0))
my moh has booked her hotel room too

mine doesnt mind because i just havent told what ive got!! he obv knows ive booked the big things but all the little decorations etc he has no idea about there simply put away in a cupboard he never goes in, although when i asked him to think of 30 songs for the disco he went ffs theres loadsa time and my reply was fine then we will just have a really rubbish dj then as there the ones you can book last minute. he went ok ill doit ths weekend!!!!! xx

We've had to rearrange a few things and Ross seems to think that next July is about 50 years away :S I did shout at him last week and told him to bl00dy well pull his finger out and stop leaving it all to me - just rolled his eyes and muttered a very sarcastic "Yes boss" *grrrrr* My mum's the same "Oh you've still got 9 months to do it all, that's plenty of time" Oh yes mum, not like I'm about to drop a sprog in 3 weeks so I'll be a bit too busy to be thinking about table confetti *dubble grrrrrrr*

i get married in june to and everything is booked an more or less everything has been sorted out. I just have to sort out little things like flowergirls shoes and that but they cant be bought til nearer the time hu nos what size they will need. Its not that long really its 11 weeks til christmas then once thats out the way it will soon come.

I think Don't Tell The Bride makes men worse - my H2B has seen a few episodes and the weddings usually work out, so I think it reinforces the idea that we are being ridiculous planning in advance. But can you imagine turning up WITHOUT a TV crew and being like "Yeah, I need a wedding car for tomorrow and I've got £50, any chance of a Bentley?"

i am not getting married till august and so far i have:- my dress my shoes my lingerie my tiara my jewellery bridesmaids jewellery flowergirls jewellery flowergirls dresses personalised gifts for everyone post box ring cushion guest book memorial candle favour bags favours table confetti and there is probably more stuff too, i think you need to get bits and pieces when you can, i try and get a couple of things each month and then its not all left till the end. you have to be prepared dont you, my h2b doesnt know half of what i have got because he says he doesnt want to know, he wants to have the full effect on the day and have everything as a surprise so if a parcel comes he doesnt touch it :)
I have know my soulmate for 27 years and on the 6th August

My wedding is in july 2012.. i have bought nothing yet, but as soon as i get my budget finalised im going to get my bridal party measured up, and then im hitting the shops.. particularly in the january sales.. if you find a bargain, why let it go, you may not find one as good again. thats what i think anyway. who cares if i have 21 months to go.. im excited!! :D

My plan is to buy as much as possible before the VAT increase in January to save some money. I keep getting told I am the most organised bride ever, and that may be true!
The only things left to sort are mens suits and flower girls shoes and honeymoon. I'm going to get post wedding blues before my wedding I think!
