I'd put that there are 2 hours free from 5.30pm, you are most welcome to stay in *wherever it is* the evening reception starts at 7.30pm I wouldn't list lots of things as you can offer advice or get the best man to include something in his speech!

1.00 p.m. - Marriage Ceremony in the Falfield Suite
1.40 p.m. - Arrival Drinks in the Lounge Bar
2.15 p.m. - Group Photo’s
2.50 p.m. - Guests to move to Brackenbury Suite for Wedding Breakfast
5.30 p.m. approx - Guests to vacate the suite after the Wedding Breakfast for the room to be refreshed (you are welcome to stay in Lounge area during this time)
7.30 p.m. - Evening Reception in the Bristol Suite including Buffet at 8.30 p.m. First Dance and Cutting of the Cake to be announced.
12.30 a.m. - Bar and Entertainment to close
