We were going to book into the Hilt*n for our wedding night but considering we will arrive at the hotel after nidnight, crash and then leave to get back to our son in the morning, we have been questioning if it is worth the money. Instead we have looked at 'pre^^ier i^n. Its still £80 but much cheaper than anywhere else. My mum thinks i will regret it but im not really sure it matters where we sleep. Yes its a nice idea but £150 for 6/7 hours sleep and then a taxi home just seems a waste. If we were getting ready in the hotel rooms then i would pay the money but we wont. Would you be happy staying there or would i regret it?

The hotel rooms at our reception venue were very basic but fine given we were just sleeping there for 6 orm7 hours. We didn't mind it wasn't swanky but others might.

It's your choice, what's important to you?

I think from the time your spending in it, PI would be fine. If you were spending a lot more time like you say getting ready there then yeah the Hil would be nice or if you would be spending more time there in the morning, but when it's just for sleeping in and then rushing off why waste money... you'll be so tired on the night anyway I doubt you'll notice what the room is like

I'm staying at the local PI the night before the wedding. So to save the hassle of having to move my stuff before the ceremony and it getting lost, me and h2b will also be staying there the night of the wedding because there are no swanky hotels for milessssss. His family are also staying there so we can have breakfast with them the next morning xx

We're staying in a pub near the venue the night of the wedding. I can't see the point of paying for something I'll hardly see and won't appreciate! Xx

We get a room included in our package for the wedding night otherwise we'd probably do the same! When my friend got married last year she went to PI x

We stayed in a hotel in Liverpool called h0p€ $tr€€t h0t€l and it's attached to the L0nd@n c@rr!ag€ w0rk$ and cost us £180 for the night, vvvv expensive even though we were only there for a short time but it was worth every penny, the bed was enormous and so comfy and the bathroom and facilities were excellent...the breakfast was amazing! P.I is ok but personally I would not stay there on my wedding night, even if it's just somewhere to sleep...

We have the honeymoon suite as part of our venue package, but even if we didn't I think we would still spend out on somewhere a bit different :)

if all you are doing is sleeping and not using any of the hotel facilites, as long as its clean, who cares? Id sooner stay some where abit fancy when i know i can appreciate staying somewhere expensive.

If it's just for sleep go for PI, tbh I love their beds as I suffer from sciatica so I'm biased ;-)
