i am having my shoulder operated on again ....had op may 2009 but it hasnt been right since so haviing been through everything they have decided that they will open it up agin scrape out the joint and have good poke about removing any bits of bone that need to be done ( plus anything else they can find ) was off work 10 weeks last time ...whoohoo

Good luck lala! I am desperately hoping I don't need something similar - got impingement syndrome in my shoulder, and docs sent me straight for physio with no scans or anything, and yoga teacher has me worried talking about how this can be because of bone spurs or tears in the ligament that needs surgery to correct! eek! Can't afford to be off with more damned surgery to recover from :-(
