I emailed the person whos doing my dress in china to see if they could give me a rough delivery day, and i havent had a reply. she is still a seller on ebay and i have emailed her on there swel, but nothing!Im a bit worried my dress wont turn up! x

I'd email her again saying that you need to have an idea of the date so you can time it with everything else. The time difference is 7 hrs. for example its about 9am here now so there it will be 4pm x x
1) How long ago did you order your dress? 2) Did you pay for it through PayPal?
If you paid through PayPal and the dress doesn't arrive then you can open up a payment dispute on their site, if I remember rightly you can also open a dispute for PP through Ebay which then means they are alerted to the problem too. PayPal have access to they buyers/sellers bank accounts and if the dispute isn't resolved within 30 days then they recover the money for you. If you go through Ebay they ask the seller to prove postage to your specific postal address so if she can't prove she sent it they recover the money then ban her account.
It's a b allache but if you don't get the dress you'll get your money back! Fingers crossed it comes though!! HTH xxx

also, if you dont hear from them you can request thier details from ebay, so you'll get a phone number for them-if you can get over the language barrier!! x
