I'm going on holiday to Tenerife on Saturday for the first time in years. I've managed to lose 6 and a half stone over the last 20 months but I still have a stone to get off. I'm scared to death of putting loads of weight back on.
Has anybody got any holiday dieting tips? I've only been abroad a handful of times and wasn't dieting back then!

If i was you i would eat sensibly & not go overboard (as you do on holiday) not saying you should stick to salads but just make sure you eat healthy balanced meals xx

    And drinks...

Avoid beer as thats the highest in calories. If you are a spirit drinker- go for the low calorie mixers like slimline tonic, diet lemonade and coke. The fruit juice mixers are high in sugar. And alternate alcoholic- water- alcoholic etc so again you ar drinking less calories.

when i went on holiday my weight actually dropped. we walked everywhere everyday and drank LOTS of water. I was so hot i didnt feel like eating lunch so we were just having breakfast and dinner. Choose the healthier options like vegetables, and the grilled foods instead of fried. You're on holiday though so remember to treat yourself... I was rather naughty and had a childs portion of dinner then LOTS of pudding, hehe. x
