We have our save the dates cards they are magnets with a caricature we got when we got engaged. The thing we need help with is the majoity of our guests are needing to travel from england to scotland and i was wanting to let them know that there is rooms at the castle but as we have exclusive use of the castle the whole weekend the rooms can only be booked through us and want them to know the price of the rooms so they have time to save. We know this information normally goes in the full invitations but i want to put it in with the save the dates so they are prepared.
Our problem is I have no idea how to word this,Can someone help please?

Can you include a card in along with the magnet? So you have the magnet with the pic on saying your names save the date then the date on Then on a seperate card put all the castle details on?

Yeah we have ordered some open out cards which i will cut slit in 2 corners for the magnet to go its more the wording on what to put into the card, i dont want it to be too much detail as that would go in invites.

we did little poems to go in with our magnets in a notecard, - maybe rather than putting all the info in you could add a line or two about rooms and contacting you for the info or a site where you display all the info.
This was ours - tailored at the bottom to say evening invitation or invitation to follow, we have some relatives who live far away and may need to book time off work even just to attend the evening
We're making it official! And becoming Mr & Mrs B, So write it on your calendar, There's going to be a party!
While we decide on flowers, Dresses and what kind of cake, We wanted to let you know, That we do know the date!

There are rooms available at the castle, so before you start to look, for accommodation close to the venue, give us a call for info & to book!

The guests that are coming are mainly from England so Im not goin to be sorting their travel arrangements, I just wanted them to know there is nothin really beside the castle and all the rooms need to be booked through me as we have exclusive use of it so they won't be able to book anything themselves.
