Well that's me now a Mrs! Everything was perfect! We had a few issues with the kilt hire (every tie looked like it had moped up someone's dinner and the rest of the outfits were dirty), forgot to give out the favours when people were leaving too! lol. The sun was shining so we got married on our venue's balcony which was amazing.
My dad was going to drive me but he'd secretly hired an old rolls royce, made me cry lol :)
Just back from 2 days in the lake district & back to work today, happier than I thought I'd ever be! xx

That's some pics up on my profile now, there were so many to wade through so only put up a couple.
On the night of the wedding my bil (younger sisters husband) picked a fight with my older sisters fiancee. Long and short of it, it brought to a head all the years of him being a complete idiot and ruining things for her, treating her like poo and essentially being a waste of space. She split with him after 9 years of marriage and being together for about 15. Sad but weirdly a relief for her. She was miserable and wholly embarrassed by his behaviour. I'm glad to say I saw none of it.
To give you an idea of how he normally behaves, the table I sat him at had "younger" friends at it so that he wasn't sat with all the older people. One of them is a policeman and when my cousins husband asked ppl what they did for a living, he jumped out of his chair like he'd been stung swearing and shouting that there was no effing way he's going to sit with a polis!. He might be dodgy in a kind of way but nothing illegal or punishable by law just a bit feckless and hair brained schemes at making money (think delboy). Again saw nothing so didn't ruin my day but feel for her.

Thanks everyone! I had an awesome time and will remember it forever.
Wee sis will bounce back, just happy for her starting her life anew and we will all be there for her. think that is one of the many reasons she left him, she hadn't been anywhere near happy for years.
