... I had a great time trying on wedding dresses on my own a few weeks ago and was hoping that shopping with my mum and little sister (who is also my matron of honour and getting married herself) would be even better! Wrong, wrong, wrong. Mum was ill (hungover, probably) and very tired from looking after my grandpa...no, wait, he died 2 months ago so not sure about that one. Sis spent the whole time screwed up inside herself - all twisted because she's obsessed with her weight, wouldn't try any dresses on in the first shop, or have pics taken when she finally did find a dress that passed scrutiny, or have any fun at all. I'm not the weight I want to be for my big day either but I am looking past this & trying to enjoy the whole process AND I'M DOING SOMETHING ABOUT MY SIZE, TOO. Grr. Double Grr. Going on my own next time, I think! Or if any nice girlies want to come along in Worcester, you're welcome!!!
On the plus side, I did find a potential THE ONE! Will upload to my profile & would love your feedback on any of the dresses. ignore the blue & pink ones, not my faves at all! Thanks for listening; feel better now.

oooh no matter what, you mightve found THE ONE. just remind yourself that you're important today and if they couldnt stop with their self obsession long enough to notice that thats their rproblem. I tried to label it but failed! It's a bit hard to describe: dark ivory, is mainly silky but has an exposed panel of net that's sort of 'held up' by a fabric rose...it's one I'm taking the picture of myself in the mirror...in (sorry, totally lost track of my sentence there!) x
